Kelly has evaluated, guided and mentored thousands of youth hockey players. Most players he’s worked with have risen to elite levels in collegiate programs throughout North America. As founder of RUSH Hockey, he pioneered a new approach to tournament organization, further raising the bar for success. Thousands of RUSH alumni have gone on to play hockey in the NHL, NCAA, U Sports, Team Canada and Team USA.
