By registering for and/or participating in a RUSH Hockey event, I acknowledge and agree that RUSH Hockey may photograph, film, livestream, record or otherwise capture images, video, audio, game footage, testimonials, player profiles, highlight content and other media of participants, teams, coaches, managers, parents, guardians and spectators during RUSH Hockey events and related activities.

I authorize RUSH Hockey to use, edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute and share this media for event operations, player showcases, website content, social media, newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, internal review, training, communications with scouts/schools/college coaches and other approved hockey development personnel, as well as related RUSH Hockey purposes.

If I am registering a Minor, I confirm I am the parent, legal guardian, coach, manager or authorized representative with authority to provide this consent on behalf of the Minor. I understand no compensation whatsoever will be provided for use of this media.
