RUSH Hockey collects personal information to process registrations, manage tournaments and showcases, communicate event details, process payments, support participant safety, maintain historical event records and provide player development opportunities. This may include parent, guardian, coach or manager contact information, player name, age, date of birth, address, email, phone/mobile number, team, position, emergency contact information, mandatory health information, GPA or academic information where voluntarily provided or requested for a specific showcase, scholarship, educational or recruitment opportunity, optional social media handles, photos, videos and event participation information.

Registrations are intended to be completed by a parent, legal guardian, coach, manager or authorized team representative. By submitting a registration, you confirm that you have authority to provide the information and required consent for the participant or team.

RUSH Hockey may use third‑party tools for hosting, registration, forms, analytics, spam prevention, payments, scheduling, workflows, email newsletters and marketing communications, including SiteGround, Airtable, Smartsheet, Google Forms, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Zapier, Stripe, YouCanBook.me, Mailchimp and Constant Contact.

RUSH Hockey may share limited player information with college coaches, scouts, schools, recruiters or approved hockey development personnel when relevant to player evaluation, recruitment, educational opportunities or advancement. RUSH Hockey does not routinely provide participant information to sponsors, advertisers or commercial partners.

RUSH Hockey events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed or recorded. Event media may be used for event operations, player showcases, website content, social media, newsletters and promotional materials.

Required tournament communications are necessary for participation. Newsletter and future marketing communications are optional and require separate consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
