Level 3 – RUSH Elite Mentorship – $899
PUT RUSH IN YOUR CORNER FOR 8 MONTHS
The Advanced Evaluation can tell you where the player stands and what needs to improve.
But hockey development does not stop when the report is delivered.
Players improve.
Problems appear.
Confidence changes.
Coaching situations change.
Tryouts and team opportunities arise.
Recruiting questions come up.
Sometimes the development plan itself needs to change.
That is why mentorship is different.
Instead of receiving our opinion once, you have RUSH involved throughout the process for eight months.
This is our most comprehensive level of support for committed players and families who want an experienced hockey resource in their corner throughout the season.
YOUR 8-MONTH RUSH ELITE MENTORSHIP INCLUDES
COMPREHENSIVE STARTING EVALUATION
The mentorship begins with a comprehensive assessment and clear development priorities.
We establish where the player currently stands, what is helping her game, what is holding her back, and what needs the greatest attention.
Then we continue to evaluate and adjust throughout the mentorship.
The starting evaluation establishes the player’s initial development plan and becomes the foundation for the 8-month mentorship.
PRIVATE WHATSAPP GROUP ACCESS FOR 8 MONTHS
Hockey questions don’t always happen on meeting days.
A coaching issue comes up.
A team opportunity appears.
A camp invitation arrives.
The player has a difficult weekend.
A parent wants another perspective before making a decision.
When something happens, you don’t have to wait until the next scheduled meeting. Message your private RUSH WhatsApp group and talk to us about it.
Players and parents can use the group to ask questions, share updates, and discuss situations as they arise.
And the communication goes both ways.
You can reach out when something happens, and RUSH stays involved throughout the process rather than simply waiting for the next formal meeting.
WHATSAPP GUIDELINES
The private WhatsApp group is intended for focused questions, important updates and hockey situations that arise between scheduled meetings.
RUSH normally responds within two business days.
WhatsApp access does not include immediate or emergency availability, unlimited telephone calls, additional unscheduled meetings or extensive daily conversations.
This access applies to the player and her immediate parent or guardian. It cannot be shared with teammates, siblings or other families.
ONE 30-MINUTE PHONE CHECK-IN EVERY MONTH
Each month, the player and family receive a 30-minute individual phone check-in. The checkin must involve the player and parent.
This is the shorter monthly touchpoint to discuss how things are going, what’s changed, current concerns, and anything that needs attention.
Over eight months, that provides:
Eight individual 30-minute check-ins.
ONE 60-MINUTE DEVELOPMENT MEETING EVERY MONTH
Each month, the player and family also receive one 60 minute Zoom or Google Meet development meeting. The meeting must involve the player and parent.
This is where we go deeper.
Discussions may include:
- Progress since the previous meeting
- Recent game performance
- Video review when appropriate
- Current development priorities
- Training focus
- Recurring habits
- Confidence and preparation
- Coaching or team situations
- Upcoming tryouts and opportunities
- Recruiting or pathway questions when appropriate
- Changes to the player’s development plan
- Goals for the next month
VIDEO REVIEW DURING MENTORSHIP
Selected game clips and footage may be reviewed when relevant to the player’s current development priorities.
The mentorship does not automatically include a new complete-game evaluation every month. Any extensive additional footage review will be discussed with the family before the work is completed.
This prevents eight families from each sending several games every month and expecting unlimited analysis.
Over eight months, that provides:
Eight individual one-hour development meetings.
WHAT THE COMMUNICATION LOOKS LIKE
ONGOING — WHATSAPP GROUP
Questions, updates, situations, and conversations as things happen.
MONTHLY — 30-MINUTE CHECK-IN
A focused conversation about how things are going and anything requiring attention.
MONTHLY — 60-MINUTE DEVELOPMENT MEETING
A deeper discussion about progress, performance, priorities, and what should happen next.
The mentorship gives you both: access when things happen and scheduled time to step back and look at the bigger picture.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN EVALUATION AND MENTORSHIP
An evaluation gives you a snapshot.
Mentorship allows us to watch what happens next.
Did the player improve?
Did the changes work?
Has her competitive standing changed?
Does the development plan need to change?
Does an opportunity make sense?
Instead of receiving a report and being left to figure everything out yourself, you have an experienced hockey resource helping you navigate the next eight months.
MEETING AND SCHEDULING POLICY
All check-ins and development meetings must be scheduled and completed during the active eight-month mentorship period.
Unused meetings do not carry beyond the end of the program and have no cash value.
Meetings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed meetings and late cancellations may be considered used except in an emergency.
Mentorship applies to one identified player and cannot be transferred to another player or family.
WHAT RUSH ELITE MENTORSHIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE
RUSH provides honest evaluation, experienced guidance and ongoing support. However, no evaluator or mentorship program can guarantee:
- Team selection
- Playing time
- Advancement to a higher level
- College recruitment
- An athletic scholarship
- Invitations from teams, schools or coaches
- A particular development outcome
The player and family remain responsible for their decisions, participation, effort and results.
LEVEL 1 TELLS YOU WHERE YOU STAND.
LEVEL 2 TELLS YOU WHY — AND WHAT TO DO NEXT.
LEVEL 3 HELPS YOU DO IT.
Because Elite Mentorship includes ongoing individual access and scheduled one-on-one time, enrollment is limited. Applications are reviewed to make sure the program is appropriate for the player and family.
